Berlin

Oh happy days, I still had my iPhone but was about to experience the terrors of being stuck in a lift. It was Colin's stag. There were more pictures but they went where the phone went in Madrid. Alan and i missed Tres Or or Tresor or... And so missed the spectacle of Col showing off dancin with a Bollard. The rest got back to base at around 6 and suffered all day long as we trecked the sites. The Reichstag The Brandenburg gate, Check point Charlie, The remains of the wall. It is a lovely city with Der Wold Baloon and Trabants for hire. We wwere there for May day not planned just the way it turned out. There was a very heavy police presense but none of it touched us.The left and the right kept there arguments to themselves. the only thing that threatened to upset anyone were Jonny's Tatoos. If you peruse the above collage you will see none of the afore mentioned. We spent a fair bit of time sitting in interesting bars and restaraunts. Oh yes and some of us spent 40 mins in a lift about 18 inches short of the first floor, after drinking a very large morning coffee and a hydratory bottle of water. I thought I was going to have to alert the hotel staff by pissing thru the opening. eventually all returned to normal and we returned home. Great city if you get the chance give it a try. There is a Vietnamese place well worth the visit. The soup if to die for.
