Tai Chi Cally Tai Chi Cally get yr 2 for 1

Tai Chi Caledonia was more fun than I had imagined it would be. Rach and I took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer, attending the Sunday session. We attended Franko's Chi Na session; 45 minutes of wrapping arms to train a simple wrist lock.
Next up was Paul. one our guys from Sweden. We did 2 sessions with Paul. Paul worked largely from stroke the Lute and variations with follow techniques. A lot of fun.
Then there was Nils and tai Chi Boxing. We did 2 seeions with Nils. It was interesting for many reasons. Think translating Cheng Man Ching into Wu. I volunteered to be hit. I was impressed. He spoke the sort of sense we are used to hearing.

Finally Chi kung to test the legs. Nice wide deep stance don chu think.
Definitely an experience I would repeat; given the circumstances. An eye opener. Grreat for meeting people. Great for experiencing what others do.
